Senior Consultant Dietitian – Golden Living

In this exciting opportunity, the Registered Dietitian will provide guidance and assist in problem solving related to dietary services management and quality nutritional care of the residents in our skilled nursing facilities throughout Mississippi.

The Senior Consultant Dietitian will provide oversight and training to new Consultant Dietitians, assigning then to district FPA schedules; reviews and monitors FPA results to ensure dietary correction and compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities also include assisting the Consultant Dietitians in facilities to provide high quality and cost effective food service and medical nutrition therapy.  Knowledge of CQI, RAI process, and state and federal regulations are essential.  At least 5 years experience in long-term care required, with at least three years as a Consultant Dietitian in multiple long-term care facilities.
